Dr. O’Dea has built and financed international mining companies from Canada to Africa, taking them from exploration and discovery to development and operations. His companies are built on a common foundation: high-quality, long-life projects with lasting economic opportunities, community benefits, and environmental protection. Most recently, Dr. O’Dea co-founded and served as Executive Chairman of True Gold Mining. After building the Karma Heap Leach Gold Mine in Burkina Faso, West Africa, True Gold was sold to Endeavour Mining in 2016. As Co-Founder and CEO of Fronteer Gold, Dr. O’Dea grew the company from start up to its 2011 sale to Newmont Mining Corp., a deal that included the spin-out of Liberty Gold. He also co-founded and served as CEO of Aurora Energy, sold to Paladin Energy in 2011. Founder of Oxygen Capital Corp., Dr. O’Dea is currently Chairman of Liberty Gold, Director of PureGold Mining, Discovery Metals. He led the successful merger of Sun Metals and Serengeti Resources, launching NorthWest Copper in 2021. His many honours include EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year™ for 2014 in the Pacific mining and metals category, the Globe and Mail’s Top 40 Under 40, the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia’s Murray Pezim Award for perseverance and success in financing mineral exploration. Most recently, Dr. O’Dea was awarded the PDAC’s  2021 Viola MacMillan Award for building and financing several international mining companies, taking them from exploration and discovery to development and operations.

Mr. Bailes served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Gold Hunter Corp., (International Curator Resources Ltd.) from September 2002 to April 17, 2009 and also served as its Vice President. Mr. Bailes had been an Independent Director at True Gold Mining Inc. from 1996 until its acquisition by Endeavour Mining in 2016. He served as a Director of Canadian Gold Hunter Corp. from 2002 to 2009, as a Director at Fortress Minerals Corp. from 2005 to 2011, as Director of Champion Resources Inc. (subsequently Red Back Mining Inc.), as a Director of Riverstone Resources Ltd. and as a Director of Newstrike Capital Inc. until December, 2008. Rick was a Director of Sun Metals through the successful merger with Serengeti Resources and launch of NorthWest Copper in 2021.

Teodora Dechev is   President, and CEO and Director of Mundoro Capital Inc., a Vancouver-based company that invests in , acquires, and develops mineral resource properties in Serbia, Bulgaria and Mexico. She served as a Director of Serengeti Resources through the successful merger with Sun Metals and launch of NorthWest Copper in 2021. Ms. Dechev brings over 20 years of investment banking experience and has participated in financings for more than half a billion dollars in the mining sector.  Her career in investment banking includes work at Desjardins Securities Inc., CIBC World Markets; and National Bank Financial.  She holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Canada, a Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering (B.A.Sc.) in Geological & Mineral Engineering from the University of Toronto, is a licensed Professional Engineer in both British Columbia and Ontario, and holds the ICD.D designation.

Mr. Lawrick is currently the President & CEO of Magna Terra Minerals Inc., a TSXV listed precious metals exploration company, as well as the Managing Director of Thorsen-Fordyce Merchant Capital Inc., a private Toronto based merchant bank focused principally on the mineral industry. Mr Lawrick was the Founder of Anaconda Mining Inc., after merging his private company – Colorado Resources Inc with Anaconda Gold Corp in 2007. He served as President & CEO of the Anaconda until 2010, and has served as an officer and/or director of several other private and public mining and mineral exploration companies, including Volta Resources Inc. (TSX), Franconia Minerals Corporation (TSX), Brionor Resources Inc. (formerly Normabec Mining Resources Ltd.) (TSXV), and Serengeti Resources Inc. (TSXV) through the successful merger with Sun Metals and launch of NorthWest Copper in 2021. Mr. Lawrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (BCOM) from the University of Calgary.

Sean Tetzlaff is an experienced financial professional with over 25 years of experience in the mining industry. He currently serves as CFO and Corporate Secretary of PureGold Mining and is a Director of Liberty Gold. Sean was a Director of Sun Metals through the successful merger with Serengeti Resources and launch of NorthWest Copper in 2021. He was CFO and Corporate Secretary of  Blue Gold Mining, which merged with Riverstone Resources in 2012 to become True Gold Mining. He also served as CFO, Vice President of Finance, and Corporate Secretary of Fronteer Gold from 2005 to 2011. Mr. Tetzlaff also served as CFO of Aurora Energy Resources from 2006 to 2008, helping the company grow from initial public offering through to the advancement of one of the world’s largest undeveloped uranium deposits. Over his career he has executed on numerous equity investments, debt financings, asset divestitures, and merger and acquisitions transactions including the sale of Fronteer to Newmont for $2.3B in 2011. Mr. Tetzlaff has a tax background, having worked with KPMG LLP from 2000 to 2004.

Mr. Smith is a Corporate Director who brings 35 years of financial and executive experience to the Board. He has recent M&A experience as a board member and member of the special committees, including the recent sale of Pretium Resources Inc. to Newcrest Mining for $3.5 billion, the sale of Nevsun Resources Ltd. to Zijin Mining for $1.8 billion and the sale of Dominion Diamond Corporation to Washington Companies for $1.5 billion. Mr. Smith has had a career in the financial and supply side of the mining business, including serving as CFO and Executive VP of Finning International Inc., and CFO and VP of Ballard Power Systems Inc. Prior to that he held senior positions over 16 years at Placer Dome Inc. and started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Smith currently is a director of Hudbay Minerals Inc. and IAMGOLD Corporation. His past directorships include Pretium Resources Inc., Nevsun Resources Ltd., Dominion Diamond Corporation and Paramount Gold Nevada. He has completed the Institute of Corporate Directors, Directors Education Program (ICD.D) and he holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Business Administration, Accounting.
